On September 2, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS held another warning and assembly training with non-militarized civil defence units.

The civil defence headquarters of the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS and the headquarters of the civil defence forces were involved in the exercise.

The Chief of the Civil Defence Staff of the RSSC Azad Rzayev told the participants of the event about the importance of conducting exercises, checking the state of the warning system, as well as about the work that needs to be done to eliminate the shortcomings that may appear during the training.

Azad Rzayev also emphasized the importance of checking the readiness of civil defence forces during emergencies.

Then the Deputy Chief of the Civil Defence Staff of the Presidium of ANAS Hikmet Babayev spoke about natural and man-made emergencies and the possibilities of combating them.
