Zerdab seismic station

The territory of region is located along the Kura River. The central Aranm, on which Zardab is located, begins from the coast of the Caspian Sea, the Kura-Araz lowland. The most part of the territory is the lowland, and is below level of the World Ocean. Only nearby territories, of the economic region, which are near to mountains, represent an inclined surface. Also, on this lowland, there are oil pools.
