Shongar seismic station

For the first time in the world, the study of mud volcanoes using seismic stations has started in Azerbaijan. 12 of the 22 seismic stations purchased by the Center as part of the international grant project were installed around the mud volcanoes on the Absheron Peninsula and nearby areas. One of these stations is the Shongar seismic station.
