Guba seismic station

Guba is situated in the northeast of Greater Caucasus. History of Guba originating from the middle ages was described in many Albanian and Arab letters written by various geographers. The first mosque which was constructed near the city of prophet Mohammed, was called Guba. It is considered that Guba was founded in the 14th century. The most known museum in Guba is the historical and ethnic museum of Hynalyg which was constructed in the village Hynalyg in 2001.
