The RSSC hosted an event dedicated to April 28 - World Day for Safety and Health at Work

April 28 - World Day for Safety and Health at Work - an event was held at the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Trade Union RSSC ANAS, head of the department of Macroseismic Research, Doctor of Philosophy in Geology and Mineralogy, Associate Professor Eytibar Garaveliyev said that since 2003, April 28 is celebrated as the World Day for Safety and Health at Work by the International Labor Organization. Every year Azerbaijan also celebrates World Day for Safety and Health at Work.

The goal is to increase public attention to the issue of creating safe working conditions, protecting the life and health of workers, and taking preventive measures to prevent accidents at work.

Next, a member of the RSSC Trade Union Organization Bakhtiyar Khanputov spoke about the implementation of labor protection rules in the workplace and the work done in this direction. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of organizing labor protection in all areas and said that this is especially relevant from the point of view of the importance of labor protection and taking appropriate preventive measures against the backdrop of negative impacts on the world of work.

Further discussions were held on issues of interest to employees.
