The leadership of the RSSC held a meeting at the Oil and Gas Research and Design Institute

On September 16, at the Oil and Gas Research and Design Institute of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, a meeting was held between the leadership of the Institute and representatives of the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS. 

The meeting was held under the leadership of the general director, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli. The meeting was also attended by the head of the "Magnetometry" department, doctor of geological and mineralogical sciences Gumbat Veliyev, doctor of philosophy in geology and mineralogy, associate professor, head of the department "Dynamics of earthquake sources" Sabina Kazimova, doctor of philosophy in physical and mathematical sciences, acting head of the department "Scientific research of seismological and geophysical materials» Yagub Akhmedov.

The parties exchanged views on bilateral cooperation between the Center and the Institute, as well as on the implementation of joint projects. The general director of the RSSC, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli informed the participants in detail about the scientific research carried out at the Center, the projects implemented. Speaking about new projects, the general director noted that cooperation with the Institute would be fruitful for the parties in this direction. The meeting also clarified issues of mutual interest.
