The General Director of the RSSC made a presentation "Seismological research in the territory of Azerbaijan: the current situation in the republic"

On the occasion of March 1 - World Civil Defence Day, on March 1, Azerbaijan Technical University hosted a conference on the topic "The role of information technology in risk assessment", organized by the Ministry of Emergency Situations together with the Ministry of Science and Education.

At the conference, the General Director of the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli made a report on "Seismological research in the territory of Azerbaijan: the current situation in the republic." During his speech, the General Director of the RSSC informed the participants about the complex seismic and geophysical studies being carried out in the territory of the republic, the results obtained and the current seismic situation in the country.
