Internship of students of the West Caspian University at the RSSC ended

On May 24, a meeting of the Earth Sciences section was held at the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS. At the meeting, the result of practical knowledge gained by students of the West Caspian University, who had an internship at the RSSC ANAS, was discussed.

 According to the head of the "Seismology" department of the RSSC, the head of the section of Earth Sciences, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences Tahir Mammadli, on the basis of the agreement signed between the West Caspian University and the RSSC ANAS, a group of university students annually undergoes internship at the Center's specialized departments. This year, a group of university students also completed an internship in the specialized departments of the Center.

Students of the West Caspian University presented their reports - Agshin Gasanov "The results of a study of engineering-geological and engineering-seismological conditions of construction sites in the Khatai region (based on the materials of the RSSC fund - 1998-2019)", Ilakha Iskanderova "Linux operating system, its structure and team", Nigar Aliyeva "Results of the study of engineering-geological and engineering-seismological conditions of construction sites in Binagadi and Nizami regions (based on the materials of the RSSC fund - 1998 -2019)".

Further, the presented reports were discussed and the issues of interest were clarified.
