Heads of RSSC departments took part in the international conference

November 29-30 at the Institute of Geography named after academician Hasan Aliyev, with the organizational support of the Institute of Geography named after academician Hasan Aliyev of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Geographical Society, the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, the Guba branch of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, the Uludag University of Bursa (Turkey), Kyrgyz Academy of Education, Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute (Uzbekistan) and Tiraspol State University (Moldova), was held an international scientific and practical conference "Modern problems of geography, integration of science and education".

Head of the department "Dynamics of Earthquake Sources" of the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS, doctor of philosophy in geological and mineralogical Sciences, associate professor Sabina Kazimova and head of the department "Geodynamics", doctor of philosophy of geological and mineralogical sciences, associate professor Ilyas Kazimov took part in the conference. At the conference, a report was presented on the topic "The impact of earthquakes on the environment", co-authored by the General Director of the RSSC, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli and both heads of departments - S.Kazimova and I.Kazimov. The heads of departments of the RSSC were awarded diplomas of the organizing committee of the conference.
