An event was held at the RSSC

On November 27, at the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS was held an event. At the meeting, the 50th anniversary of the head of the “Macroseismic Research” department of the RSSC, Doctor of Philosophy of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Associate Professor Eytibar Garaveliyev was celebrated.

General Director of the RSSC ANAS, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli said that Eytibar Garaveliyev has been working at the Center for many years. Noting that Eytibar Garavaliyev always justified the trust placed in him at a high level and enjoyed great respect among the team, the general director said that he is also the chairman of the Trade Union Organization of the Center. According to him, Eytibar Garaveliyev earned the trust of workers as chairman of the TU.

Next, General Director Gurban Yetirmishli presented the hero of the day with Certificates of Honor from the Free Trade Union Organization of ANAS and the RSSC, as well as a memorable gift on the occasion of the 50th anniversary.

Eytibar Garaveliyev, who stated that he has been working at the Center since the start of his work, noted that the activities of the RSSC today are at a high level. Eytibar Garaveliyev also noted that the Center has ample opportunities for youth activities, and called on young people to be more active in the field of scientific research.

In conclusion, the hero of the day thanked the management and employees of the RSSC for their attention.
