An event on the occasion of the Novruz holiday was held at the RSSC

On March 18, an event on the occasion of Novruz holiday was held at the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS. Speaking at the event organized by the RSSC Trade Union, the general director of the Center, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Gurban Yetirmishli congratulated the employees on the Novruz holiday and conveyed his best wishes to them.

Noting that Novruz is one of the most beautiful holidays of our people, the general director said that, despite the prohibition on celebrating Novruz in the post-Soviet space, this holiday is always celebrated by our people. According to him, the celebration of Novruz as a national holiday in our country at the highest level is associated with the name of our National Leader. Noting that the Novruz holiday is annually celebrated in our country at the state level, the general director said that holiday fires have already been lit in our liberated lands.

“Under the leadership of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief President Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani army liberated our lands, which had been occupied for almost 30 years. Our Karabakh has gained freedom. Today, under the leadership of our President, vigorous construction work is being carried out on the liberated lands. Our villages and cities are being restored. When our people return to their homes, life will return to Karabakh. On this holiday, we honor the memory of the martyrs who died for the freedom of our land, and wish the veterans good health. We, as a people, have been lighting Novruz fires in the liberated lands for two years now. This is a great happiness. Because by liberating our lands, we have shown the world what we are capable of as a nation. The period of forced resettlement of our people for 30 years has come to an end.” 

In conclusion, the general director once again congratulated the employees of the Center and wished them success in their future work.
